REPORTING CONDITION:  We carefully inspect each silver plate item and make a fair and professional judgment on its condition and include its condition in the description.

AUTHENTICATION:  The majority of the items we sell are antiques, vintage and/or have been pre-owned.  These items come from many different locations and because of this we do not know under what conditions they may have been stored.

PACKING, SHIPPING, HANDLING  AND INSURANCE:  We take great care in packing each item and before shipping, each piece is gently polished again to remove any new tarnish.  We use only new boxes and bubble wrap and carefully wrap each piece in tissue paper.  Each piece is shipped in an appropriate size box surrounded by foam peanuts.  All items are shipped UPS and can be tracked at www.ups.com.  Shipping costs are not refundable.
